企業倫理課程
企業倫理相關課程近年由於金融弊案、環境問題與全球化的影響，企業倫理、企業社會責任、永續發展等議題備受重視，全球著名的商學院皆將企業倫理相關課程列為必修科目，期盼培養出具有企業倫理思維的未來企業領導人才與專業經理人。
商學院重視全球企業倫理教育發展趨勢及與國際接軌，並期許成為臺灣商管教育的先驅。目標為院內每一個系所與教學單位均開設至少一門企業倫理及永續經營相關的課程，並列為各學程之必修科目，以確保每位商學院畢業生都具備企業倫理與永續經營的知識及態度。本院自97學年度起，從學士班選修課開始 (於100學年度調整為必修)，並於院內IMBA、EMBA與MBA等學位學程陸續開設企業倫理必修課程，至103學年度完成開設碩、博士班必修課程，耗時七年推動，正式完成全臺首創全院皆開設倫理相關必修課。
